Notes:
This is a seasonal brew by a local brew pub, actually the oldest brew pub in Canada, but you'd never know it. It comes from the store a once a year or so, but you can get it on tap when you are at the pub. While it claims to be a summer beer, it does have a somewhat carmelly and heavy taste to it, making it richer than it looks. It is fairly sweet and lightly hopped, reminding me of some of the cream ales, but not as vanilla-ish.

What's with the name? Who's Emily? And why is she ours? As if I don't see enough coronation street at home, our kid goes and names our beer our Emily. Yew whot? Blimey.
