Naughty Hildegard

Smell: hoppy and yeast.. Bit of citrus
Head: nice and refreshing
Color: reddish brown
Carbonation: medium
Kick: medium
Rating: 7/10

Notes:
Not normally a big-time hops fan, but this one goes down smooth. A tad good-sour.

I wish all beers had names like this.

  1. You're off to a fine start... I've had the other Driftwood brews, but hadn't heard of this one.

    It's supposedly named after a "Benedictine nun who allegedly was the first to record the use of hops as an ingredient in beer."
